The King's Goal!

“Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God”.

Hebrews 12: 1-2 (NKJV)

I discovered that over 90% of believers today failed to understand or know Jesus’ Goal here on earth. The problem is that many assume that they know but sincerely speaking this is far to the truth. It is quite unfortunate for us to know today that the whole essence of His coming is still a mystery to many though they profess to know. Please don’t presume on this topic because I trust the Holy Spirit to open our understanding to comprehend His Goal so we may lay hold on that which is eternal. It will shock you that what you known to be His Goal was not actually the goal but the means of achieving His eternal purpose. You have believed in a lie for a long time, Religion has blind-folded us and it’s high time you fully understood what the goal of the Master is on earth. Until you fully understood the essence, purpose and the goal, you won’t appreciate the process or the means at which He accomplished the goal.
However, please permit me to tell you what the King’s Goal is not before I reveal to you what His Goal really is.
1.      Jesus’ Goal is not the Cross.
Perfect as the cross is, sincerely it was not His Goal. Cross serves as a means of achieving His Goal here on earth. He endured the cross and despised the same for a purpose.  I know you may be wondering now. Church has dwelt around this for over two thousand years now. The process can never be the ultimate goal. His goal was not the cross. Thank God for the cross because without the cross the Goal will never be achieved. Cross provided a better way for Jesus to achieve His Goal on earth.
2.      Jesus’ Goal is not His Death.
His mission and purpose was not to die only. He died for you and me for a purpose; which is what we are here to unravel. He died for a reason.
3.      Jesus’ Goal is not the Crucifixion.
He was crucified, died and rose on the third day according to the scripture (1Cor.15:2-3) in order for Him to accomplish His Goal.
4.      Jesus’ Goal is not to take you to heaven.
Christianity as a religion has long prepared you and I through all ages to go to heaven. If this is true the day you got born again God would have taken you out of this world completely to heaven. Believe me this is not true, saints are useless in heaven. Here is where the real show is. We are given mandate to accomplish here for God.
5.      Jesus’ Goal is not to establish a religion.
Jesus Christ never established a religion, not even Christianity! Wait, wait… please this is serious; I know I am addressing some foundational and fundamental truth. He didn’t come to establish a religion. My assignment is to bring to you the word of truth and reasoning in order to move you from a religious Christian to a Kingdom Citizen.

Now, What Is the King’s Goal?
Please let us go back to the beginning; the book of Genesis reveals what the real goal is. In Genesis 1:26-28.
Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

The word “let” is very important. God said let them have dominion… not let us have dominion. Let them take charge. Let them take control. “The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord’s; But the earth He has given to the children of men”(Psalm115:16). We all understood that through Adam’s act of disobedience he lost the control. He lost the governmental order. If the first Adam did not err there will not be any reason for the last Adam to come. Let us learn to do thorough search and comparison between the first and the last Adam you will see that what the first Adam lost was not a religion sincerely he practiced none. Whatever the first Adam lost became the ultimate goal for the last Adam. This is the reason why He came.
Also, Adam did not fall from heaven so he could not loose what was not given to him originally. It was impossible for Adam to lose what he was not given. What Adam lost was dominion; absolute control over circumstances. His authority as co-regent with God on earth was taking away from him and eventually this made it impossible for him to assume his rightful place of ruler-ship over the earth. Thanks to God because everything we lost through the act of disobedience of one man, obedience of One Man had accomplished this for us.
Adam lost the Kingdom and this will broadened your understanding when you remember the message of Jesus’ forerunner; John the Baptist. John message was purely the Kingdom of God

“In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea, and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!”
-          Matthew 3:1-2
The first message that came out from the mouth of Jesus after His baptizing and temptation from the wild beast at the Galilee was “The Kingdom of Heaven is here”.
“From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
 - Matthew 4:17.
“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people”.
-          Matthew 4:23
In the beatitudes Jesus said:
“Blessed are the poor in spirit,
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven”.
-          Matthew 5:3
When the disciples asked Jesus to teach them on how to pray, please watch this…
“In this manner, therefore, pray:
Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven
…..
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen”.
-          Matthew 6:9-13
In verse 33 He revealed what His Goal, our Goal and focus should be.
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you”.
Also the foremost Apostle lived and preached this same Goal.
“Then Paul dwelt two whole years in his own rented house, and received all who came to him,  preaching the kingdom of God and teaching the things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ with all confidence, no one forbidding him”.
-          Acts28:30-31
Jesus used all parables in Matthew 13 to explain in details what the Goal is. He continued by saying The Kingdom of Heaven is like this or the kingdom of heaven is like that… Today we have replaced the Goal with things concerning the Lord Jesus.
I can go on and on but I have a limited space. Jesus’ Goal was and is the Kingdom of God because this is what Adam lost. Jesus Christ came to restore the Kingdom lost from the beginning.
In Matthew 25:34 bible says:
Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world”.

This is the Father’s plan. This is the original purpose and that became Jesus’ Goal. Your inheritance is not heaven but the Kingdom of God. Jesus brought government to us.
“For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this”.
-          Isaiah 9:6-7.
Your inheritance is the kingdom of God because that is what we lost from the beginning. God’s agenda is to colonize the earth through us with the culture of heaven (Numbers14:21). And Jesus did not deviate from this goal. I love it so much when Paul says: “For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet”. He must reign through you and I. To reign is…
-          To exercise sovereign power or authority.
-          To rule.
-          To exercise government.
-          To rule as a king.
-          To hold supreme power.
-          To be predominant.
-          To prevail.
-          To have royal authority.
-          To have supreme power or authority.
He is the King! Not the King of subjects but the King of kings and He has made us kings and priests to our God; and we shall reign on the earth.” – Revelation 5:10. We must reign here on earth with Him. That is the goal not the heaven. We must take charge. Church has become earthly irrelevant because the priority and purpose has been misplaced. It is high time we take over our rightful place on earth, take over all the seven mountains for the Lord (Revelation 17:9, isaiah2:1-4, Micah4:1-3). Revelation 11:15 says: “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” He owns it and He created it for His pleasure.
He has given us power to rule and reign over sickness, diseases, circumstances etc. Where the word of a king is, there is power! – Ecclesiastes 8:4. When King reigns no one can put you under. Jesus’ Goal is to bring back man’s groove. Jesus’ Goal is the restoration of government lost through Adam from the beginning so please stop camping around the means or the process by which He accomplished this.

To be continued…
